What is the 40-Day Change-Your-Life Challenge? How Do I Join In? First watch our I AM I AM Tutorial and Experience then simply download the free audio tutorial and meditation found on this page and start meditating for at least 3 minutes a day, for 40 consecutive days. You can also learn how to do the meditation from the video version found on our Practical Yoga for Everyday People DVD. It’s that simple.
What Do I Need Do to Participate? Download the free audio meditation Play it on your computer, or your iPod/mp3 player, or burn to CD/player Use it everyday for 40 consecutive days, then let it go (stop doing the meditation) You can also simply return to this link everyday (bookmark it) to listen to the audio meditation for free.
Do I Have to Use the Audio Recording? No, you can do the meditation on your own without the recording - either way, it works. Just be sure to listen (and fully understand) the tutorial (the audio version on this page, or the Practical Yoga for Everyday People DVD version)
Do I Have to Start on Monday, January 12? No. This is simply the day we kick off the challenge. Start when you can, and mark your calendar for the final day of the 40-day meditation. If you miss a day, just continue on the next day and add another day onto the calendar. The simple goal is the help you connect to your higher Self for just a few moments each day.
What is the Meditation? We will be doing the I AM I AM Tutorial and Experience . It’s easy to learn and do. It can also be found on our DVD, Practical Yoga for Everyday People (DVD version only, not audio download). The audio recording is for a 3-minute experience. If you want to do this meditation for 11 minutes, do it on your own without the recording after listening to the tutorial (perhaps with a friend, or in a small group).
