Be sure you have tuned in before doing this powerful exercise.
Come into a seated posture, cross-legged on the ground (easy pose), or seated in a sturdy bench/chair (with room for your elbows to move) with your feet flat on the ground. We will combine the following breath and exercise:
Tutorial The Breath: Once you establish the circular arm movement, add one of the following breaths: 1: A powerful breath of fire with your mouth open and your teeth/molars clenched,or 2: A “cannon” breath – which is breath of fire through puckered lips.
Both of these breaths are advanced breathing techniques, which build heat in the body.
