Goddess Mint Dressing acquired its name from the Greeks — a people who were fascinated with mint and thought it could cure both the hiccups and voice problems. Today many people enjoy mint because of its cooling nature and delicious flavor.

Another key ingredient in this easy-to-make dressing is tahini, which is made from ground sesame seeds. These seeds add a nutty flavor to any dish, and they contain lignans, which are known to lower blood pressure and (bad) cholesterol.
Try this delicious dressing that uses less salt than store-bought and uses agave nectar, which is a natural sweetener that is low on the glycemic index and will not send your insulin on a rollercoaster ride.

Tahini is also rich in minerals, which have been shown to provide relief for rheumatoid arthritis (copper), support vascular and respiratory health (magnesium), and support bone health (zinc). So, whip up a homemade batch of this healthy and fresh dressing anytime.

1/2 cup organic extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tablespoons each organic tahini & apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons each organic soy sauce, agave nectar, and lemon juice
4 Tablespoons organic fresh mint
Filtered water to desired thickness

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Add water as needed to get the texture you desire.
