I am having trouble placing an order
If you have placed an order/orders into your shopping basket, our shopping navigation will appear on these pages. After you are finished with the contents of your basket choose CHECKOUT. You will find this link on both the top navigation and also in the page itself.

Coupons: If you have a coupon, enter it in ALL CAPS and choose APPLY CODE before continuing. If you enter the code in lower case it will not work.

Address Verification: Due to increase fraud on the internet our credit card processor requires us to
  • Make sure your address for the BILL TO and SHIP TO match the address on your credit card statement.
  • You enter your CVV code - that's the 3 or 4 digit security code on your card.

    I Press The "Complete Your Order!" and nothing happens:
    Please allow 30-45 seconds for the transaction to post. During peak periods this may take up to 2 minutes. We have a built in DUPLICATE ORDER WARNING that will prevent a duplicate order from going through so don't worry. If you feel like there is an issue with your internet connection - try and press the Complete button again. On the top of the screen will be ERROR terminology should you have forgotten to include basic information. If you should still have an issue email Sales Support

    Email Address: A common error by our customers is that they might of signed up for an ACCOUNT in the past. Our system will not let you put in another order with the same email address if you have already set up an account. If this happens then first log into your account my clicking MY ACCOUNT on the top nav. If you forgot your password use the FORGOT PASSWORD link. Once you log into your account, proceed to checkout and follow the process.

    International Sales: We are continuing to grow our international presence for all DIGITAL DOWNLOADS and limited physical products like CDs and DVDs. If you country is not available during out checkout process email us at International Sales Support

  • I placed an order but did not get the proper discount / My Coupon was not recognized
    Step 1:
    If you have placed an order you should of entered in your coupon code in ALL CAPS on the first checkout page. You will see your coupon deducted from you balance in red prior to finalizing your order. If you did not see it reflected in your basket under the Product Subtotal then the code did not go through. Make sure you entered it in ALL CAPS. You will see REDEEM a COUPON CODE just below your basket items. Once you enter your code it should be reflected in the basket's total.

    Step 2:
    Check your receipt page and.or email receipt. Once you complete your transaction you will see a receipt - it's a good idea to print it for your rrecords. It should reflect your coupon discount. It may show full price for your product - then deduct the coupon amount before the final total. In addition this information is provided in your email receipt

    If you did not receive your coupon please email us at Sales Support. You must provide
  • Full Name
  • Email used in the transaction
  • Order Number (found on receipt page and email)
  • Product ordered that should of gotten the coupon
  • Coupon Code used

  • Is your site Secure? I am nervous about submitting my Credit Card Info
    Yes our site is secure. It has a combination of secure and unsecure pages based on what the user is doing. All pages in which personal information, credit card numbers are being submitted and transmitted to our database or to the credit card processor are secure under 128-bit encryption used in all online financial transations.

    I ordered a CD or DVD or misc. product - when will it arrive?
    We are very happy that you are excited on when your product will arrive so you can start your yoga practice, however we are subject to the postal forces.

    All times from time of purchase:
    24-48 Hours Your order is validated by our credit card firm, passed to our fufillment center and placed into que.

    48-72 Hours Your order will ship from our warehouse. You SHOULD get an email notiifcation that your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation and it has been 72 hours from your purchase you can log into your account and check status. Go to your Account Login. If you do not have an account please allow 7-10 days from ORDER DATE to DELIVERY DATE. This is usually worse case scenario.

    If you have not received your product with ten days of your order date please email us at Shipping Support. You must provide
  • Full Name
  • Email used in the transaction
  • Order Number (found on receipt page and email)
  • If you ordered multiple products and are missing one - please indicate
