Once I have downloaded files - I can't find them

A common problem is that customers choose SAVE TO COMPUTER from previous set but don't remember where they have placed them. Our reccomendation is you place them in your MUSIC FOLDER

    MACs:
When you save them in your browser a few things can happen
  • Your files download in a dialog box behind your browser so it doesn't appear anything is happening. If you click on DOWNLOAD and don't see a file transfer box then minimize your browser and it may be downloading in a window behind your browser.
  • Files may download to DESKTOP or DOWNLOADS folder.

PCs On the PC you have a little more control on where to place them. Depending on your browser take special note where files usually download. They can be in Downloads, My Documents, My Music, Desktop. If you take special note of the file name i.e. "Boundless" you can always search your computer for "Boudnles*.*" This will find the file and tell you where it is.

How do I import and organize audio/music into iTunes?

Step 1: Open iTunes: Launch iTunes from your PC or MAC. It's a good idea to know the location of the file/s you wish to import. Take special note of the location.

Step 2: View Library: When iTunes is open make sure you are looking at your MUSIC LIBRARY by clicking on "music" from the LEFT NAV under LIBRARY

Step 3: Add to Library: Click on ADD TO LIBRARY from the file menu. Locate you file/s you wish to import and click on "open" to complete the import.

Step 3: Locate File: Your files should be in your library. If you don't see it at first try to sort your library by NAME then try to search.

Step 4: Organize: It's good practice to group your downloads from us in custom playlists. If you have downloaded our CDs they are usually 7-15 downloads. We suggest clicking New Playlist from the file menu and naming it for ex. "Practical Yoga CD" or "Practical Yoga Workouts". Once complete locate the files you wish to add and DRAG them into the new playlist. This will leave them in the master library with everything else but also give you instant access to it via the new playlist
